The City of Alcester now offers several convenient options for paying your water bill!

Using the buttons below, you can choose between two online payment platforms:

Nuvei E-Bill and Bill Pay and DOXO Bill Pay.

​

For your convenience, we also offer two drop boxes located at the City Office for after-hours payments. Alternatively, you are welcome to visit the City Office during business hours, where our friendly staff will be happy to assist you!​

Water Meter Update:

With the ongoing water meter upgrade project, residents will be able to utilize an app called EyeOnWater.
